Food will be available at the SPICE IS RIGHT Food Truck.
This is a BYOB event. Setups will be available. There will be a selection of deserts available inside.
Cheryl Jones is a multi-talented, multi-tasking resident artist of the Emerald Coast. A renowned musician, adjunct professor, composer, arranger, and recording artist, she has appeared throughout North Florida and other parts of the country as the leader and Music Director of the popular Jones and Company. Dr. Jones is known as the “Resident Doctor Diva of the Emerald Coast”. Her artistry elevates the experience of music to spiritual heights with her vocal virtuosity, innovative keyboarding, and an artsy presence. Dr. Jones has said that “her goal from the beginning has been to transcend original artistic musical expression, for as long as we can”, and so far that has been for more than 30 years.
The Gulf Jazz Society has been bringing this kind of high quality talent to Bay County since it was created as a non-profit in 1996. Dr. Jones will be accompanied by the accomplished Steve Gilmore on the Acoustic Bass and Brent Purcell on Drums.
